The Collection name comes from Latin: OVO meaning “egg“ and SPA which stands for “sanus per aquam“ – health by water. The range of products and sizes gives an almost unlimited number of combinations for the bath. The finely-honed shape of white concrete CreaCore is combined with the extra-velvety mat (or matte) finish to result in elegant, sculptural, aesthetic objects. The black and white surfaces of the collection make it easy to fit into interiors of all types.

Domenico de Palo's Sexy Sliver of A Sink. The Silenzio For Antonio Lupi.

Silenzio is a Corian washbasin that is a sexy sliver of Industrial Design. The concept behind Silenzio is to offer only the functionality and sculptural mark of a washbasin, allowing it to be perfectly integrated into the wall, dominated by the atmospheric elements of cut and light.

The unmistakable signature of Domenico de Palo is even more evident in this washbasin which is able to blend into the surface onto which it is installed. Silenzio appears to come out of the wall, giving it a life and shape.

The Silenzio washbasin is realized in Corian and, after it has been positioned (with puttying and plastering), it can be painted just like the rest of the wall, so that it disappears into the same. Silenzio can be described as a “nude” washbasin to be dressed in clothing that can be changed and updated with different finishes.

Silenzio offers an unconventional reinterpretation of the bathroom. It is a fusion between a functional object of the past and a newly invented element of the present.

The Ocean Sink from Il Bagno Bandini Resists Scratches and Breaking.

Il Bagno Bandini's Ocean wash basin is a sculptural sink inspired by the waves of the ocean available in black or white. The distinctive design means the sinks can be assembled in a line or at 90° allowing for various installations and designs. The vessels are made of Tecnoform, a shiny acrylic very similar to ceramic and it is resistant towards scratches and breaking.

The Marcel Wanders Bathroom Collection for Bisazza Combines Modern & Antique.

Marcel Wanders' new collection of bath furnishings for Bisazza was unveiled at this year's CERSAIE. The collection is typical Marcel Wanders, combining modern whimsy with traditional elegance.

The Soapbath collection of wash basins and bathtub are modern rounded ceramic pieces and the New Antiques collection of tables, mirrors and consoles combine modern materials with antique silhouettes. Chandelier shower heads and architectural taps round out the collection.

In Marcel's own words he describes the concept for the collection as follows:
"The original concept for the collection came from a fantasy I had of taking a bath in a bar of soap. The ultimate clean! This idea I held for a long time, before Bisazza helped me realize it. Bathing, like clothing, is one of the most personal components of daily life. And interior style, like all style, has become a mode to evaluate the anxieties of contemporary society. The haste and fuss of ordinary life is only getting faster and it is getting increasingly difficult to switch off. People are surrounded by other people all day both physically and digitally and so I was looking for a way to offer a sanctuary from the world. I consider bathrooms to be the one space you can be alone so I designed this collection to provide a fresh, beautiful and solitary space where one can focus and take care of themselves." – Marcel Wanders
